• Businesses are encouraged to respond to reviews, both positive and negative, in a timely and professional manner. Responses should be factual, respectful, and focused on addressing the reviewer’s experience.
• Businesses are prohibited from:
  • Soliciting or manipulating reviews from customers.
  • Offering incentives or rewards in exchange for positive reviews.
  • Posting fake or misleading reviews about themselves or competitors.

4. Prohibited Activities:

• Businesses are prohibited from using the directory for any illegal or unethical activities, including:
  • Spamming users with unwanted messages or promotions.
